  : We arrived at around 23:00 on a very windy night opened the door of the room and there was a terrible noise. The window didn’t close. They could not fix it so we moved to another hotel. Went back the next day and the manager said that they will cancel without payment. I thought that was all. That was one month ago. No word from the hotel and booking.com is waiting for the hotel for confirmation of the cancellation. We booked the other hotel also via Booking.com This is not what we are use to from Comfort Inn or booking.com.
