  : The location was perfect.The room was adequate but every noise from the corridor was audible.The female staff were all very helpful and so was the male concierge until I raised a quiet dismay about the breakfast.
  : We had made a mistake and pressed the wrong button whenst booking the place. We had not included breakfast. We asked at the reception but gently and understandingly accepted our mistake. It was apparently impossible to change.When it came to the breakfast it was like Paddington Station at the rush-hour.The coffee was not very warm and it took a while to refill the jug. The yoghurt machine e at times did not work and if it was woeking it was empty. The fruitbowl/fruitsalad disappeared swiftly and so did the eggs etc.The tables took time to be cleared to be seated and we were not the only ones disappointed. One italian lady waited for jam but was told there was none.I raised this absolutely inadequate breakfast menue with the male concierge and remonstrated about the 15 per breakfast per person perday being too much for the poor quality.He arrogantly stated "Perhaps we need to increase the price as this is very cheap a breakfast deal.For 90 for 3 days we could have had a sumptuous breakfast across the road.The hotel was recommended by my brother who had stayed before. Unfortunately I cannot share my brother's experience.We are very disappointed and had at least expected a diplomatic kind response rather than the arrogance depicted.I was very quiet and gentle in my approach.We shall not recommend this place.Customer care is an art that many need to learn.
