  : Actually never checked in. Check in was 3pm got there at 3:30 and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. The person at the front desk said they were still cleaning the room. She asked for my information and asked me to hold on because she was going to help another person. Lots of confusion at the front desk. Turned out she was helping about another 3 different people. Everyone was being told it was going to be a 45 minute wait. My husband walked in after sitting in the card waiting on me for 15mins. He asked to cancel the reservation because the room should’ve been ready. The person at the front desk said she was canceling my reservation and that my card wasn’t charged. I told her I had booked it online and it was paid for. I also showed her my reservation confirmation. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing. He said sitting outside waiting on me he could see a lot of extra activity going on. Prostitution and drugs deal in the parking lot. Definitely not a place to stay. I was told that I would be refunded so we left. Had to drive a hour and a half to find somewhere to stay. There was no way anyone should stay there. Unless that’s what you’re looking for. Still waiting for a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY. Truly disappointed

  : This hotel is awful starting from the unwelcoming behavior at the reception. The rooms were never cleaned and smelled. The doors don't lock. The TVs don't work. The breakfast is a joke. People are smoking and creating a nuisance in the middle of the night. It is extremely unsafe for families.
