  : Scarlet Cottage! Loved the location and covered parking. Cottage was comfortable. The outdoor yard was very pretty and private.There are several things we did not like. Starting with the door operation. We had the four digit cd
  : Serval things. FIRST. The door code. We got here after the office closed and we repeatedly put in the four numbers, but the door would not open. After driving 530 miles, I was fast losing patience. As I was trying to call the emergency number, when a Lady staying in the other cabin came over and showered us you had to add the small “check mark” on the key pad you must push after entering the code. Why was this info passed to me with the code? We had just been to three VRBO property’s on our trip, and they all gave full instruction. SECOND. The TV is a total mess. No instructions or channel guide furnished. Moreover, we could never get the TV to change channels. Saturday night I called the young man and he came over. It took him ten minutes to figure it out. This morning, same problem again! I did nit call him again; we read books. Totally Unacceptable at over $200. A night. THREE. The hot tub; you have a whole page of “Rules”. But not one bit of instructions. FOUR. The Dryer and Microwave and Kitchen shelf are out of reach to anyone under 6 feet, without a step stool, which was not provided. FIVE. There was only one some what used, was in the bathroom, with NO other rolls provided! Come on Guys, even a Class C motel has an extra roll of TP! SIX. We washed clothes on Sunday afternoon. Afterwards, my Wife pulled out the Lint Trap to clean it. Something she does at home after every drying cycle. The Trap was gross! Full of lint and sand, This can be a Fire Hazard. Put it on the checklist for your cleaners. Bob Carpenter
