: Great location, very comfortable place.
: The blinds need repair - they don't operate well and you cant keep certain blinds open. The kitchen didn't have basic things like wine opener, variety of utensils, etc.

: Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. Amazing mountains view from windows.
: The property manager did not provide a detailed instruction for the location address. We arrived after dark and there was no street lights in the community, it took us almost an hour looking for the suit number. As the address we had did not show the exact street name (Cold Springs) in the Rime Village , the Spanish Valley Dr. shown on the website and our booking confirmation is actually a main street outside of the Village, GPS took us to a wrong building and the community was like a maze in the dark, we were driving around the buildings one by one to find our S building. The kitchen didnt have basic things like cooking oil, coffee, sugar and cream. The blinds in living room need repair.

: The location was great. Quiet and just outside of the main city. Far enough away that the night sky was absolutely beautiful but still close enough to go grab snacks and dinner in town. Beautifully decorated and clean condo. Loved having a garage, and the vaulted ceiling made the space look huge.
: The fireplace in the master wouldn't turn on and I couldn't get the main one to turn off. The washing machine had about 2 inches of standing water at the bottom and it stunk from just sitting there. We attempted to request an early check in but never heard back from the management company. The room wasn't available until right at 4pm check in, but they were at the door waiting for us to check out 5 minutes after check-out at 10am. Overall a bit pricy for the issues with amenities.

: Having a garage since we had bikes and camping gear. The view from the living room.
: Super expensive. We had a decrease in numbers and I emailed the property for a little discount. No response. We had 4 spoons total!!! No coffee no salt and pepper. A lot of the blinds didnt work properly.
