  : The hotel was perfekt, we stayed 2 days during transit.
  : The Hotel had a wedding the day qe stayed. We had people trying to get I to our room all night and had a hard time sleeping. Even when we left the building people was walking the halls in their underwear and was still drunk. They had the whole hotel for them self but forgot we were also there. So first night was quiet and perfect but the second night was a nightmare and I think I got 1-2 hours of sleep and we had a 7 hour drive in front of us. So for us the restaurant was closed because of the wedding.

  : Location perfect for my business trip. Great access by road and air (located on airport). Host handles the client in a professional and friendly manner. Well appointed spacious accommodation, comfortable beds, modern bathroom facilities, nice views of the countryside and restaurant with good variety of menu options on site.
  : I prefer a little more variety for breakfast eg more cereals, hummus instead of butter, more fruit eg avocado, oranges but it was fine for the purposes of my visit and the system works well as good to have breakfast in your own room when you are in a hurry in the morning.

  : when I did my accounting I found out that invoice is in CZK, but they charged my czech credit card in EUR! It made difference 200,-CZK more than what is on my invoice!

  : Our family with 4 years old kid have stayed in MG Apartments with Teracce for 3 nights. Apartment is spacious and clean, kitchen has everything that is required for small cooking or to prepare breakfast, warm-up lunch. Breakfast itself is serving to the room every evening for next day : fresh bread, slices of cheese, meat, jam, pack of milk, juice. Also there is toster, Krups coffee machine with coffee capsules (we had lungo), teapot with different type of tea and sugar. Air-condition was working perfectly (we have switched that off when there was no need, but during hotest time without that there would be difficult to stay). Otherwise some tips we would like to share (couldbe useful for others guests): 1) the key-card was not working, but the owner was reachable through the phone and solve it in 10 min 2) there is a trick how to open/close your apartment (better yo ask the owner to show how) 3) restaurant is closed during Sunday and Monday 4) if all apartments are occupied, you can hear your neighbors (in the morning specially) 5) there is a joystick to open/close and configure hot and warm water in the bathroom (not easy to manage and warm can become hot after few minutes - be careful) 6) there is no shelf in the shower place, need to keep your shampoo on the floor. 7) there were towels, pillows, blankets only for 2 adults, nothing for kid (you may ask for it additionally) 8) if helicopter has stopped near apartment, close windows, otherwise smells of diesel come in and you need went out from your apartment for fresh air. 9) please be aware that all apartments are on the second floor and there is no lifts Otherwise we have enjoyed our stay in MG Apartments.   : The ower is a GREAT person, truly and always available. When i complained about all the stuff and required to modify the check out to change place earlier the guy was super cooperative (he also tried to fix some of my complains to make me feel more like "at home"). The view outside is cool, pretty different from the usual (different airplains). Soundproofing is pretty good too. I really liked the bed, very comfortable! Big drawers, lot of space for dresses. Keys left on a table after a remote controller door. Quick pickup.
  : This place has a great potential but the spaces inside are just NOT used.. a lot of empty space.The kitchen is small, missing pans, cutlery (there were no knives for example, only one pan, no sugar, salt, paper).I am a bit confused how people could have stayed here for more than one week if they intended to cook themself.The guy tried to provide me stuff i complained about but still ... in my opinion there should be no necessity for customers to go and ask for things like knives, pans etcc... the minimum essentials should be always avaialable (wheter usually people stay for small/long time/cook/do not cook)The breakfast is served inside the room so even if you put the "do not enter" they keep knocking until you let them in.The fridge is very very small (freezer almost non existing).Single usable shampoo were not refilled or changed.Toilet paiper was not refilled until i almost finished it.The breakfast is okay but limited to ham / salame / cheese and a single bootle small bottle of juice (like 20cl)There were only wine glasses (at least in my room).The place is positioned quite out of Mlada boleslav so if you have no car, this may be an issue.Did not like the control unit for the Air Conditioning ... there is a knob rotating and that's it.. no temperature written.I am not used to this, so either i was hot or i was cold.Suggestions:-Cutlery (Knives, ladles, ecc)-Simple tools can make a big difference (colander, cutting board, dish rags)-More pots for cooking-Adding drawers on top of kitchen for having space where to put the food-bigger fridge (100L would be more than enough)-Different choices for breakfast (maybe cookies, brioches, 2 or 3 tipe of juice) .. cannot be limited to one. What if i don't like it? I was never asked for specific juices or food.-A refillable bottle of shampoo inside the shower would be good.-Huge shower but no shelf there to put the shampoo or other stuff. Would be great to add one.
