  : The maintenance man was very nice. When we arrived to the room, all of the electricity was out and he immediately went down and reset the breaker so that it worked. He was also very friendly when he told us the phones don't work.
  : The hotel was filthy, carpets needed shampooing, walls are filthy. ROACHES EVERYWHERE, overflowing trash cans, unfavorable people hanging outside, and broken elevator, my family couldn't sleep worrying about roaches!

  : Staff had to make Walmart runs to provide "breakfast". So there was a wait daily. They said they would provide a grab and go pastry and drink but we had to wait hours for a daily honey bun.. No drink... Housekeeping staff were sleeping in common areas overnight on floors. One of the front desk workers was sleep in the morning at the desk to the point I had to bang on the desk several times because she would not back off for about 5 minutes. ..I have a family of 8 and booked 2 rooms. They only gave 2 towels per room and we had to wait hours for additional towels while they searched vacant rooms. I asked for an extra set of sheets and one of the sheets they gave me had what appears to be an old menstrual stain. We saw an occasional roach. Never again.

  : No television remote, it appeared there was some water damage. Carpet had not been vacuumed.

  : They need to fumigate for roaches and change carpets... invest on cleaning everything, because the room and shower was dirty.The staff was very helpfull we check in and as soon as we saw the room we walkout the manager gave me a refund.

  : Large rooms Location was good
  : Room was dirty. Bath tub had trash behind the door Dirt in the tub cat food on the sink trash under the sink Bath room light did not work didn't get fixed till 930pm. Had a hard time getting anyone at the front desk to check in or tell them about the lights in bath room Room was dusty all the end tables phone in room didnt work.
