  : The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked in the room.
  : Washer and dryer did not work. Asked the front desk staff for laundry detergent and they did not have any which was also the time to tell us it did not work at all before I wasted all my laundry detergent. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee, apple and orange juice, yogurt, and corn flakes, no protein. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Hallway on our floor was hot because the A/C was not working. Shower had little to no water pressure. TV signal was going in and out. Toilet paper roll holder was broken before we got into the room. And the worst of it all was the phones were down the whole stay and they double charged us for the deposit and said the systems do that sometimes. I have stayed at some pretty bad motels and inns, but this “hotel” is definitely one of the worsts. Not worth the $320 + $50 double charge for 1 night. 1. NIGHT. Currently staying at an Inn for $105 for 1 night and it has a kitchenette along with everything else working correctly. Water pressure is way better to take a shower.

  : My bed was done on the 2nd day and it smelled cleaner. Orange water container at the entrance. Mgr. and staff were kind and friendly.
  : My pillowcases smelled dirty like they had not been changed since the last person who slept on them. The 3-level floor smells dirty compared to the 4th-level floor. I did not like the connecting room I was given. I did not need a connecting room. Parking is horrible, not much parking is available. Plus, It needs more lighting so that people feel safe to park their car in the darker areas of the parking spaces. Rooms could use brighter light bulbs. I had to apply my makeup in the bathroom. My friend had to open up the window to do her makeup. The room had no ceiling light. For those reasons, I gave it a 6 instead of a 10. Just areas to improve on to make this a better place to stay in.

  : Dirty bathrooms, no room service, none of the amenities were available, rude staff, sand in the sheets, outside doors never locked. Do not recommend

  : I did not eat the breakfast because the facility was so dirty. The location was great.
  : The facility was dirty, the rooms was dirty and they didn't do daily cleaning to our room while we were there. The customer service was horrible.
