  : It was under construction and lots of workers everywhere as well as there construction tools everywhere… and the fact if we hadn’t used google maps we would never known it was the right hotel as it was listed as Spark by Hilton!

  : The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
  : The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. That being said,the room was nice. There was boxes and furniture all over. The breakfast was a continental type with minimal choices. It was ok.

  : The whole reason I got it was because they had a pool indoors , it was closed when we were there. I scheduled my stay months in advance. I never received a message that they were doing maintenance or that the pool was going to be closed. So as doing maintenance it was loud and dirty and every single time we start to rest the phone ring and they want us to move our car or do something. They may go outside all the staff are smoking, we are very allergic to smoke. It was a lot of work and not a good experience at all. Never again, even after they change their name to Spark a Hilton location.

  : Breakfast was poorest excuse for a continental breakfast ever. Pool very cold. No ice buckets or glasses in rooms or even available on request.Hotel changing over to Hilton and under renovations. Why were we not told this at booking?

  : Location was convenient, relatively clean, nice room. .
  : Our room door didn't lock. We had to leave the hotel and maintenance said they would fix it quick, but didn't return to our room. Had to take our luggage back to the car while we went out. Returned 3hrs later, room still doesn't lock. Receptionist told us she would bring up a new key for a new room. We dragged all our belongings to the door of the new room and waited, and waited. Eventually we went back down to reception, where she realized that she had not even made us a new key but had completely forgotten about us. We stayed a wed & thurs night. Thurs night people from other rooms had a party in the hallway outside our room, it was quite loud and woke us up at 330am, they also left empty alcohol beverage containers in the hall. Pool was odd green color, but we did not go in so cannot comment on that. Breakfast was a bit disappointing; only yogurt, bagels & packaged muffins.

  : Very clean, soft towels, easy to find.
  : The pool was closed, which is why we booked that hotel as it had a pool for my kids. Morning breakfast had very few options, no cereal or kid friendly options.
