  : The floors need to be mopped especially the kitchen. They looked like they were vacuumed, but were sticky.

  : First apt was wrong. I paid for 2 bed 2bath but was put in a 1 bath. Slept there first night because nowhere in my email reservation did it state 1 or 2 bath and I wasnt sure if I made the mistake. When I called the very next morning I learned that it was not my mistake. I did book and paid for 2 bed 2 bath.. Had to repack and walk with all of our luggage and groceries to a new sora location so we could get the right size room (our original room in vicinity location where I booked was taken). Room in the second location which was not my choice was very loud with outside noise, which is why I didnt choose that location to start with. The only saving part of that location was the wading pool. The apartment itself was okay. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

  : The location of this property is great and it's a relatively new property.Very small. Bedroom is not a true separate space so if one person wants to rest light and noise are problematic.Prior to stay was told directions for entry would be sent via e-mail 3 days before visit. The instructions did not appear on the 3rd morning before so I called. Agent was polite but said instructions would come "sometime" before our scheduled stay, moreover agent could not send instructions to me. Only the system could send instructions. They did come that night.Once we arrived we found there were no drawers in which to store clothes. There were 2 large closets but these were not set up to store folded clothes. Eventually we found a shelf in the second closet and after moving the ironing board and broom we were able to share the shelf with the winter blankets. This meant we tended to dress in the hall but it did not appear that neighbors could readily see in.Bathroom was a disaster. The sink in the bathroom had NO water pressure. Water only trickled out no matter how we set the handle. Interestingly shower was adequate re pressure tho not great. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the shower did not work. The bottles were mismatched with the holders and none of the pumps worked. The only way to get access would have been to remove bottle from holder and unscrew the top. The plugs in the bathroom were not grounded so the hair dryer provided did not work. The plug next to the micrwave in the kitchen was grounded and the hairdryer did work there.My wife said the floor was dirty on our arrival to the point of stickiness. I did not notice until I spilled a bit of coffee. As I wiped the coffee I was appalled at the dirt which came off the floor. I subsequently took a second paper towel, moistened it with water and wiped the floor again. I am enclosing a picture. It was disgusting. I am immunodeficient due to chronic leukemia. I had a terrible pathogen...
