  : The AC work great during day time, hot water was good,.
  : Lights outside the front porch and downstairs by the hot tub did not work., Furniture, mattresses and pillows very old, stain and uncomfortable. Hot tub does not keep heat once open, AC stop running on night. TV did not pick up channels, no batteries on remotes. Fan downstairs make such a noise "do not use". Door on bedroom at the main floor will not open if door closed all of the way. The fire pit is a few rocks put close to the hot tub and almost on the side of the hill, no room for chairs if you plan to sit by the fire. The fireplace downstairs is hook to the gas line and to a pipe going up the wall where it ends if any one turns it one the house will be full of carbon monoxide. It was the only place we found available for those days or we would have ask for a refund and go some place else. :(

  : The location was private and the beds were comfortable
  : The yard and surrounding was full of poison ivy/oak. A neighbors dog howled or barked all hours of the day and night Needed more seating inside and out. The couch was very uncomfortable and there isn't enough seating to hangout with one another. The outdoor seating is slim as well and what was there was broken. The place could use updated furniture, TV and hot tub (tight fit for 4 and lid falling apart). It also was not as clean as you would think. Walking barefoot....the bottoms of my feet were dirty which shouldn't have happened if it was just cleaned before check in. The drains also drain slowly through out the cabin. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

  : Not sure where to put this... 2 of my silver bracelets fell behind the dresser in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Were they turned in by the cleaning staff?
  : The gas on the upstairs fireplace kept turning on by itself.

  : The layout of the cabin was good for our teenage kids with the game room downstairs. The management company called when we were driving up to let us know a couch was missing and being replaced. It was considerate of them to offer a discount for it not being there. Although it was off the beaten path, the location enabled us to explore several area activities, shopping, and restaurants within a 30-minute drive. We were able to easily prepare meals with what was provided in the kitchen.
  : When we arrived, there was a very musty odor in the cabin. Additionally, the master bathroom had a very mildewy smell and the shower had black mold along the edges of the tub and shower door. I had to buy cleaning supplies and Rid-X which didn't entirely solve the problem, but made it more tolerable. The closet had definitely not been swept b/c there was dirt and dust in it when we placed our suitcases in there. The hot tub would not get hot and the instructions were general, not cabin-specific. They did come out and fix it the day after I messaged the management company, but after a 12 hour drive, my husband was definitely disappointed that he wasn't able to use it. The worst part was either spiders or bed bugs got me b/c I have easily 30+ painful, itchy raised red bites on my hands and arms that are definitely NOT mosquito bites. Also, the bedrooms did not have the beds as described in the property description and there really isn't a mountain view-just woods.
