Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: In general apartment is big and nice. As a plus - nice view, barbecue, pool, large balcony, all needed staff in the kitchen. Also the communication with host was quick. I can recommend to visit beach in Brela and you should definitely visit old town Omis. They are in different directions from Mimice but no longer than 20 mins by car. Really very nice places.
: Be very attentive when doing a book, because payments for cleaning and tourist tax you will see after your book. I am not sure if it is a problem of the apartment, but be careful. Also take with you additional toilet paper and packets for rubbish, because as the host told us, this is not hotel and it is not included, only for start. The apartment is located on the last line of houses, next are only mountains so you definitely need a car to go to the beach. If you want to go by foot, it can be a little bit long and far.

: Everything else is excellent and amazing value.We were a couple so only used part of what is available but this apartment would still be very comfortable for 2 couples or a family
: The drive to the property involved either a dirt track or negotiating a narrow village. Google maps prefers the track.

: The Host upgraded Appartments withour additional costs, there were 4 rooms instead of 3. Wonderfull view from the Balcony, Two swimpools, you can always find free pool and swim alone. There were good kitchen equipment The Host gave us all usefull information regarding the entertainment, beach and supermarket location, as well as some personal advices regarding accomodation. Small supermarket was 10 min by foot It was quite at night
: Air condition equipment worked just in ventialtion mode, no cooling. Sometime there was an unpleasant smell insideout the bathroom It was not so easy to open and close balcony doors (windows) You should undertand that it is a small village, where the appartments located and if you have a car you could try to reach out nearest towns and places for enterteinment.

: The window could not be closed because the AC was uninstalled and a huge pipe had to go through the window, and as a result the apartment couldn't be cooled down. Completely crazy that someone would rent this. We were promised a private balcony with oceanview, but got a non-private pathway from which you couldn't see the ocean when seated. Add to this loads of other things that wasn't at all as the pictures and the description: No chairs inside, no TV, unfinished electricians work etc. We confronted the host who was completely unwelcoming and unreasonable, and she did not at all listen or admit the lacks of the place. We left as soon as we could and felt very disappointed. Not an experience you want when you are on vacation. Have never tried to say this before, but I would definitely not recommend.
