: In a time when our society has begun to rely more on automated customer service and emails. The customer service was outstanding, we had a small issue with noise AND they went above and beyond. If you're debating about the value in the cost it is well worth the $$. Thank you Donna!! Professional, curteous, and pleasant. I spoke with not one but 3 of the housekeeping staff, just Lovely!!!
: Small amount of noise later in the night, but we were on the 6th floor near the rooftop bar access. BUT again the staff was wonderful and resolved the issue.
