  : Booked through booking.com paid by booking .com Not aware when booked as not made clear but after you book they then message saying they want 200 deposit ! Should be made clear when booking .They say any people u have in property that is not down to be there they will take 30 pp out the deposit . They do not respond when you ask for info ! Would not recommend

  : How secure the property was & plenty of room for the family. A very detailed explanation on how to get into the property & updates from the owner.
  : The property it self was ok, it was after all the problems started. It's been well over a month & still not had the 200 deposit back. There has been 4 emails sent & a voice message left, not 1 single message back. I have had to do alot of messing around & wasted time trying to sort. Booking.com are currently trying to resolve for me but look like they are having the same trouble. Do not stay here if you want to be messed around. Looking at reviews i wish i had read more of them as it seems alot of people have had the same issue. The Atrium should not be allowed to get away with this.

  : I hate the management and instruction of home and let. They made us feel nervous during our stay and they also want to charge us extra cost. I really need to complain them and made us feel uncomfortable during our check in time and nobody answer on the phone when we cannot found our room and we have to wait few hours for their reply. After they replied us the correct location already 10:00 pm at night and when they check in few mins later have one man non stop knock our door and ask for passport, but we are 2 girls and so worry havent open the door at that time. We want to call for help but no internet and WiFi inside room. We are so worry and nervous. After we called and send passport by mail to them. They asked for extra cost for that man came on that night. I dont know how much they will charge me now too. Is really impossible and make us feel life safety is threaten. I would like booking . Com to help for this case. I really cannot accept they charge us additional cost. Hope you can help to follow up.

  : Wasnt sent the instructions to receive the keys from the deposit box... neither was I told which room I was at and how to get there... worst of all never recieved my deposit back .. Tried to message via whats app and was just told customer service will be in touch soon.

  : Please do not even think of booking this fraudulent apartment,they will make you pay for the night and then after taken payment they will then tell you to pay 200 deposit which you will never get back.And once they take payment they will never answer your phone again.

  : Broken items- handle door to bathroom was broken, handle in bedroom was broken when we went to close it, one one mug (for 4 ppl staying)Only two towels left out for 4 ppl, cobwebs in window in bedroom all up the window Have now been accused of breaking items that I messaged about and now have to wait for management to call me about a deposit they have already taken from me (200)
