  : No remote for tv / one pillow after showing Id passport/driving license/ proof of address still demanded 200 holding deposit or cash so had Togo and get cash which was given back the following morning this took nearly an hour 7pm at night and I was on the road at 5am so tired will not stay again

  : The host terrorised me and my children. She was very hostile especially to my children.She said i didn't inform her i have children,but when i came with them,she requested an extra fee which i paid to her cash in full. She ceased my international passport and my food as well.It took the intervention of police (1816 01/09/2023)to collect my international passport. She regulates when i bath,at times she wont allow us to shower.She is a danger to the society as well as Air b and b community. The host needs medical help.She always ask me to go inside the room before she passes because she said am bad luck because am BLACK.I literally checked out of the Air b and b before my due time because I was scared for my life and my kids.I had to leave my foods she ceased because she could poison me and my children. I became more frightened when she pushed me at my room door.Oh!she became violent .she badges into the room without the proper decorum.Her camera captured everything and when I told her she quickly ran downstairs to delete it.She is a monster that must be avoided. She should be sanction or better still close down that business. She is not fit to run such.She claims covid is the reason she acts the way she does but then am very protected with the vaccine and I am a clinical pharmacist by profession.My children are still traumatised by this experience. She completely ruined our holidays.The accommodation is an old house with dirty rugs.She hardly flush the toilet well when ever she uses it.she hid the toilet rolls,reason is because she is resourceful.She is a danger to the society. She wore same clothes all through our stay.Hygiene is zero.She lied she doesn't live in the building apparently she does.
  : Everything about the host is weird. She should be monitored. People should not endanger their lives with such individual.

  : The host was rude trying to tell us not to talk and there was already a old lady upstairs so we couldn't even talk then wanted photos of our bank cards for I'd which is illegall we didn't even stY there and was refused a refund

  : N/A we were given a choice but from what we saw of the room did not want to even think about eating there..This is the worse property I have ever stayed at, Do not visit the property on 2 Titchmarsh Court
  : The room was poor condition,small cramped smelt musty, brought our own bedding from Sainsbury's as the bedroom did not feel clean, were given a allocated time to use bathroom although no other guests were there.Toilet was out of order but owner said she would flush our poo down with bucket but not look , disgusting I ask about emergency plumber but she said they could not get one,..towels had to be left on stair banister after use & camera lodged about like big brother on alert,could only carry one bag at a time on staircase &:shoes had to be taken off & left downstairs . Rubbish in waste bin was full when we arrived, running water pressure was very low,this was a complete rip off ,400 for 2 days. The owner was very sarcastic,we had nowhere else to stay because everything at festival was booked out, this property was worth a 10 a night if you were lucky.How can someone even put this up as an airbnb ???? Booking.com need to vet properties on your site,a cell at a police station would have been more acceptable
