  : Resort is in a beautiful location. Forest cabins are a dream. Landscape is beautifully maintained, and it is very clean. Place is more suitable for parents as there are many activities for kids. If you are young and without kids you might be very bored in this place.
  : Parking - there is not enough parking places. It is not build to meet number of guests they accommodate. You need to park in the street which is very dark, narrow and dusty. Restaurant - so disappointing. All meals are served as buffet with enormous amounts of food which was often tasteless. If you are staying for couple od days you will be eating same food over and over again. There are some dishes that were consistently good (pizza, anything potato etc.) but overall food experience was poor. Price of all inclusive stay is pretty high, but you dont get the experience when it comes to food. It is very cantina style. Management - majority of staff were very young, hard working people. They were doing best they could but it was evident that management of place needs to be improved. They were understaffed and not empowered to control things better. Bar - cheapest possible drinks and huge amount of plastic to serve. There were plastic cups everywhere. COVID - biggest disappointment during our stay. There are basic ruls set (masking, distance, gloves) in the restaurant but there was no control over them. Guests would walk without masks, distance around food and people was not maintained. Kids were running around, grabbing food from buffet trays, touching everything. Food was served without any logical order so during meal times it would be chaotic, everyone getting in your way, no distance whatsoever.Overall - place is beautiful, but could be run better. We were there during the peak of season which might have impacted the quality of service however, I dont think I would be coming back.

  : Sun beds down by the seafront were taken up by towels left out by clients all day yet left unoccupied for most of the time, unless you were prepared to compete for them from 6:30am you had little chance to enjoy, pools were in constant use by families which is as it should be. Staff seemed under pressure with the numbers of guests to be catered for.

  : We stayed in a Forrest lodge which was brilliant for 2 adults and a toddler. The rooms and facilities were great, plenty of spaces, modern decor, very comfortable. The kids pool was surprisingly quiet and a great set up as it was really safe for young children.
  : The food was some of the worst we have ever eaten which is a real shame given how nice the rooms and overall settings were. Every meal time - except for the pizzas - were abysmal. We found multiple hairs in food and many of the dishes were simply inedible. Im not sure what era the chefs were from but over-cooked beef wrapped cucumbers, frozen potato croquettes, frankfurter salads and frozen calamari cooked in red wine and olives were some of the most revolting meals I have ever seen and never wish to see again. As for the cocktails - Im sure based on the food review you get the gist

  : The rooms were lovely, the wifi was really great. The pools, bed, and access to the beach were perfect. The animations guys were friendly and we enjoyed the archery. The meal times were great and we liked that we could get snacks too. The pool loungers were always available and the sea inflatable was great fun.
  : The facilities themselves were nice and we had a good time but the food was not great. It was edible and fine, but it was always cold, whether we were first to breakfast/ lunch/ dinner or last, it was always cold. The meat was always chewy and not of good quality and the selection of food was strange and the same a lot of the time. A cleaner came into our room on our last day and started setting up a cot at 7 am before we'd even gotten out of bed. There was always a queue at the bar and the drinks were extremely sweet and not great as they were unbranded varieties. It was confusing what was included in the 'all-inclusive' nature. At first, I was told only some drinks, then I was told everything that we could see, from canoes to snacks. Then when we asked for a certain drink, they told us we had to pay for that. We were sad there was no entertainment in the evening to brings some excitement.
