  : The room was clean.
  : We arrived, around 9:45 pm there was no one else waiting to be checked in so we thought the process would be relatively quick. Our check-in process took approximately 30 minutes, we asked several times if there was a problem we were told no. As we waited I overheard that our assigned room had been given to someone else. Eventually, we were given a room, which was fine. The next morning we got a call that we needed to switch rooms as soon as possible because the room was scheduled to be renovated that morning! We were getting ready to attend my mom's best friend's funeral so needless to say this made a stressful situation worse. We had to throw everything into our suitcase and leave. I can't tell you how much more stressful it made this trip. My mother is 82 years old to put this in perspective.
