  : The property had excellent views as situated on a hillside, the pool was a good size and well-maintained and the property had air-con in all rooms and felt spacious. The manager, Sakis, was very upbeat, friendly and happy to help.
  : On first day there was a lack of water to the property due to a burst pipe in the village, once this was fixed the supply was still temperamental for a few days (cold, drip of a shower) which we were told was normal as the Town Hall reduce the pressure in the evenings (we found pressure on and off throughout the day). However, once the manager put in a water tank, we had excellent water supply, both hot and cold so the reduced pressure was clearly because we were relying on the water higher up than other properties and the property couldnt cope. This was the same for our neighbours at Naxos Luxury Villas.The furniture (mattresses, sofas) werent comfortable. The property might live up to its luxury title if the beds, mattresses, sofas, wardrobes and kitchen countertops were upgraded and there was some art on the walls. There was a note that the cleaner comes every day between 10am and 2pm. Our villa was cleaned once in the middle of our first week, then we had to request a 2nd clean and clean sheets on day 8 as the floor gets very sandy when you go to the beach daily. The cleaner came in the evening for this. We were then offered cleaning a couple of evenings later at 7pm but we were all having showers and when we requested the floors be swept the next day, we were told shed come at 5pm and she didnt come. We therefore had only 2 cleans in 2 weeks. The manager needs to stick to the hours stated - he should also make it clear when he is entering the property in your absence.It is over-priced for what you get, given the luxury title.

  : We didnt like the house (is not a villa) - looks like is nit finished yet - is very poor inside with no comfort at all. Everything is cheap. Or broken. Also dangerous for kids. The pool is nice. Thats it
  : They didnt show up at the port to pick up us as we agreed no service. Very rude. Kitchen with no tools inside - difficult to cook even a pasta for tour kid - nothing to welcome you not even a bottle if water (and tap water is not drinkable). Bedrooms are just a bed no side table or lights small wardrobe with no hangers inside sofas all broken not clean. We really didnt feel comfortable. And they didnt care at all about it. Also a full day with no hot water.

  : Locations is good, near the beach, it is peaceful and quiet.
  : 1.PROBLEM WITH SWIMMING POOLFilters were not good, we had problems for first 3 days, Sakis our host was always answering our calls and coming to see how to help, but filters were not good. Water was dark and dirty.2. WIFI DIDNT WORKYou can connect to wifi, but there is no network at all. I was constantly using my mobile data, since I had much work to do3. NO CLEANINGWe rented house for 7 nights and had BAD cleaning only once after 4 days4. NO PRIVACYWhen we returned from the center from dinner, we found out that Sakis was in the house in our apsence, turning off all the air conditioning. 5. THERE IS NOT SHOWER AT THE POOLyou have to enter inside the house for quick shower after swimming
