  : the accommodation was not proper cleaned unfortunately. there was stuff missing and most things like cutlery was old.

  : The apartment is extremely dirty, and the pictures on booking does not match with how it is right now. There was cockroaches in the bathroom, which we have to stop using and block the bathroom door with towels to avoid them coming out. We contacted the property about the situation and didnt get any response. Our experience was horrible and far from acceptable. This is not professional. We do not recommend this place. This apartment needs renovation and proper cleaning.

  : Cockroaches, both large and small my husband killed 9 big ones, there are loads of small dead ones in the boiler cupboard in the bathroom and you can see them in the living and sleeping area, the head board also smells.. When we started looking under the bed and behind the fousty smelling settee you can see that there are bug traps everywhere. We booked this apartment for 28 days and for 24 of them we slept with the lights on, . No blind separating the sleeping area from lounge, however, the blind was in place in the photos on the booking form, no curtains, just voile panels which in the evenings with the lights on anyone can see straight in. The air conditioning is really loud, there was an air fan in the wardrobe but it was dirty and very little air came from it .I whatsapped the host to ask if they had a better fan, they just replied, use the one in the wardrobe even though I explained it didn't work. We bought one for 35.00, also bought a sweeping brush, 4 cans of bug spray. If you like watching TV then unless you have a netflix account you can only watch euro news, there is no cable to connect to, you can watch Ukrainian programs, no normal British channels, had to go out to watch the rugby world cup games, we did manage to find a film called The Bat made in 1927, silent film. I think they should steam clean settee and headboard. Good shower, comfortable mattress and pillows although no pillow protectors. If you have the hob and washing machine on at the same time then the electric keeps tripping but if you just have the washing machine on, then only the hot water switch trips about 4 or 5 times, during a wash, old the host on 2nd October and he said the maintenance guy was busy and would come and sort it out later, we came home on Saturday 21st October and he still hadn't turned up to sort it. Toasters are also stinking, couldn't use them.. know it is only one room but there is no smoke alarm or extinguisher.

  : The cockroaches, the pathetic air fan, there is no cable or Ariel, so unless you are a Netflix member you cannot watch any decent programmes, although there did seem to be quite a few Ukrainian programmes on. Whenever I put the washing machine on it would trip the hot water switch, if you put the hob on at the same time then everything would go off. Told the host on 2nd October and we left on the 21st and no-one had come to check it out. The blind that separates the bed area from the lounge area is missing, lack of privacy, Voile panels on patio doors no curtains, if you have the light on in the evenings anyone can see in. Fousty smelling sofa and headboard, saucepan and frying pan dirty, toasters filthy.
