  : We liked how spacious our room was.
  : The jet/jacuzzi tub in our bathroom didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send maintenance in the morning to look at it but , maintenance never showed.

  : The suite was a great space for a family, I loved having two bathrooms. The pool and hot tubs were great as well, easy access to Easton beach. Just a great location!
  : They vacuum the pool during operating hours, instead of throwing it in when the pool is closed. Some of the appliances were showing some where

  : The most of the staff was not friendly or helpful. The hot tub was cold and hasn't been cleaned in a VERY long time. Pool was very small, needed cleaning and seating for around the pool. The elevator felt like it was going to break down any moment.

  : The views were so nice from the room. The bed was comfortable. The walking distance to the beach and cliff walk was great. Getting to Newport was not too bad. The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and great temperatures.
  : The room cleanliness could be better, the bugs can get in easy with the sliding doors screen, because they don’t fit flush against the door= bugs splatters on the wall and ceiling were not cleaned when we checked in. The booking.com website pictures did not match the room I booked. I was wanting the separate soaking tub, but the room I booked did not have that. The hotel was wonderful in making that right, even though it was booking.com’s fault for misleading pictures. The hot tub on the top floor outside, was not the cleannest. The hotel restaurant was overpriced and the food was not very good.

  : We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 room was not ready said it'll be a little time it was 5:30 when it was ready it was not the room we booked it was much smaller it had no balconies it had no view not to mention the elevator got stuck going up to the room the front desk was not very polite they were very rude so we never stayed at the hotel I canceled and was still being billed for 2 days that we never stayed
