: The beds were comfy and clean. Host was helpful
: Didn't get much sleep because of the house next door. they were up all night, shouting and banging doors, we could hear them going up and down the stairs. We could smell weed outside the house. The kitchen could do with a deep clean, the cupboards, oven needed cleaning. We had to clean all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses before we could use them. Stain on the bed covers but the host came down and left us with a change of bed clothes and the box of largers.

: When we arrived back from a party we were attending, there was a slug on the wall of the bathroom next to the toilet, a snail on the bath and another insect in the bath.Would really appreciate a refund for this, the property was also very damp and there was hair all over the toilet roll..

: Nothing, unfortunately the whole experience was a nightmare.
: The house was dirty with dust all over the surfaces. Carpers are old, tired and dirty. Culboards smell bad and all curtains are dirty with stains. The fridge was not working when I arrived and I had to insist a lot before a small fridge was provided to me. In fact the peraon I talked to on the phone thought it is fine not to have a fridge, since I could use the oven to cook. He even suggested I drink long lasting milk since there was no fridge!! As if this was not enough, the neighbour is a potentially disturbed person, singing karaoke from 23:00 to 06:30hrs every night. This happened all six nights I stayed in the property, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I suggest this property is removed from booking.
