  : We only stayed for 1 hr before we took the loss and found another hotel. The set up itself would have been nice if it had not been covered with animal hair and smelled so strong of perfume to try to cover up the animal smell.
  : The pool was empty, with green sludge at the bottom. The room was covered with animal hair and food crumbs. When I called the front desk, they sent me a vacuum so that I could try to clean but there was so much hair, I gave up. There were no pots or pans in the "fully equipped kitchen.' When I tried to preheat the oven for our dinner, the suite filled with a scary smell so that I started opening windows. my kids were freaking out and I knew we couldn't make it work with my husband's animal allergies.

  : We stay here because family is close by.
  : We have stayed at this hotel several times because we have family close by. Something has changed this time ... maybe new management. The glasses were dirty, the shower faucet was almost in disrepair, the towels and sheets were old and the swimming pool was closed needing much in repairs. They won't be open long at this rate.We will not stay here again.

  : The location was a bit better than I expected. I knew it was by a freeway but the sound was minimal. There was a nature trail a short walk down the road where I walked my dog.
  : The desk worker was grumpy and unhelpful— I asked if he could put us in a room farther from the freeway, and he put us in the wrong room type. Then, correcting his mistake once we returned, he put us in a room right by the freeway— perhaps the closest one in the hotel. The sheets and pillows were dirty. One pillowcase had a small blood stain. Others were visibly blackened with dirt. The comforter cover didn’t really cover the comforter, and the comforter had large blotchy stains. The sheets were also stained.The condition of the rooms were poor. The first (mistakenly small) room smelled bad. The second had duct tape over rips in the carpet, the door looked like it had been kicked hard, the bedroom door was splitting in two, paint was chipped in many places, indoor lighting was poor. They charged me an above-average $75 pet fee; one has to wonder why, given the zero effort they appear to make towards maintenance. The pool was mostly drained, and the water that remained was green and swamp-like.

  : Well first the windows were open. Not safe and not easy go close. Tv did not work. Smelled musty and sheets smelled like they had been washed with cigarette infused sheets.Light bulb out in bathroom. Toilet continuously ran. Big dogs across the hall from us.

  : I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life. For the price, I expected a decent hotel. Was advertised as king bed. It was a double. Was supposed to include breakfast. No breakfast. Very run down, dirty property. Decided to use one of the plates in the kitchenette. It was dirty. Obviously not washed after last use. Loud air conditioner kept me awake. Weak internet. TV got about 12 channels. Very disappointing.

  : THEY CHARGED A $76 fee after for my pet after I left which they never mentioned. Pool doesn’t work. HORRIBLE! Prostitution, cops there everyday. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!
