  : I liked that the apartment was very well furnished.
  : Water pressure in master bath was a trickle despite adjusting valves beneath sink. There were huge roaches in the kitchen. Wifi intermittently disconnects, elevator out of service which is difficult when traveling with elderly or disabled. The hallways and common areas are filthy and messes aren't regularly cleaned. Always a party going on with the neighbors.

  : Not only did they never answer my request to change the dates (so I had to pay two extra nights I couldnt stay) but the elevator was broken and didnt even receive some sort of discount. It was SIX floors with heavy luggage..

  : A lot of noice from the street and is difficult to sleep. Curtains must be fixed and the elevator doesn’t work . The owners offer a 10% discount as a compensation for the elevator issue.

  : Just the area was convenient to go back in forward to beach and American Airlines center
  : The property elevators was broken from the time I had arrived at the unit I’m a handicap person with a back brace and was forced to walk up 5 flights of stairs for over two days due to elevator kept going out with 4 kids and spouse to help or even use a chair to accommodate There wasn’t any cleaning supplies in unit to clean unit so we had to go buy our own plus laundry detergent no TVs no place to put your clothes while unpacking Couldn’t pay for early check in or late check out Just wasn’t accommodating at all under no circumstances Now I travel a lot and use Airbnb’s a lot for work and traveling in general But this particular unit I found on booking.com was just terrible and it was my first time using that app But I can say I’m not again if this is the type of customer Service that’s offer I’ve never experienced nothing as such in my time of traveling I don’t recommend this unit if u are traveling with a family and things go wrong with unit or elevator and no one accommodate my week in Miami was great but the apartment unit and building was on a scale from a -1 the service is terrible there is literally no one there to help you and no Concierge on the premises besides an app and I don’t like that at all

  : There were a lot of things wrong when we got there but the staff was very supportive and fixed things as best as possible

  : I liked the location. The decor of the property was beautiful
  : The carpet in the living room was extremely dirty. The ceiling needs fixing looks like they had a leak. The water pressure is extremely low.
