  : Stylish spot! The three bedroom unit had plenty of space and the natrutal sunlight from the large windows was amazing. This building is close to literally everything and in the heart of Wynwood. I'd book again for an extended stay in a heartbeat!
  : If you park a car on site, just make sure you check it before and after leaving.

  : The rooms didn’t look nothing like the pictures that was on the website. One of the toilets had trash in & I called the ppl that was over it & they didn’t try to fix the problem. Also the tub had water in it that wouldn’t go out & they didn’t try to fix that problem either & the manager & host kinda had a smart mouth

  : Location was incredible. Apartment was very clean.
  : The bed was terrible - very cheap and sinks in the middle. Sheets were scratchy. You get one thin blanket. The apartment has very little essentials.

  : Overall property beautiful. Many spaces to enjoy veiws.
  : The basic amenities of our studio apartment fell short. Towels for 2 adults 4day stay with pool privileges, 2 bath towels. 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel. No living furniture. Small chair or petite couch, no place to sit comfortably. TV was sitting on lower level cabinet. Kitchen was sparsely stocked with utensils and cooking pans.

  : Had to wait for someone to walk me in and then program my phone to work with doors, after a long day traveling it took quite a while. The Latch app was cool but there were definitely issues especially programming the elevators.
  : Lack of Towels/blankets and when requested more they said they were out. There seemed to be an infestation of fruit flies coming from who knows where throughout the stay. Was told by check in host(she was very nice) that we could checkout 30 minutes late after our 3-4 day stay only to be told the night before this was no longer an option. I found this to be unprofessional and poor customer service(30 minutes wouldn’t have been that big of a deal in the scheme of things) A 1 bedroom apartment does not need 4 hours of cleaning before the next guest. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the stay for the next guest.
