EVEN Hotel Miami - Airport an IHG Hotel

  : TY & DD go out of their way to help you out & friendly. We got there early due to a red-eye flight for a cruise & did not have a reservation, saw EVEN Hotel Miami online & booked a room. Called to get the shuttle & met DD. After we were in our room & ate dinner at the restaurant we asked TY what she recommended to do for a night in Miami. Very friendly & Dawn helped us out too. Would stay again, just make reservations ahead of time :)
  : When we went to the front desk after the day shift changed to the night shift let’s just say night shift needs to take a lesson from day shift with personality, friendliness & helpfulness. If I was arriving during this shift my perspective would have been totally different. TY had told us that the front desk would be able to help us out since we weren’t from there & when we asked he told us we were to do it ourselves. Didn’t get his name only know it was the night shift on 4/5-4/6/2024. So we asked someone else who was sitting in the computer area named Dawn & she showed us & helped us out.

  : Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Bar/ restaurant staff professional and very nice. Issue with original room not being ready and quickly was given a new one.
  : My room wasn’t ready 45 minutes after check in time! After a long day of travel all I wanted to do was rest. Get to room and there is a cleaning cart in the open doorway! Door of new room was all beat up, needed a fresh paint job, dust/ dirt in corners, between furniture.

  : The breakfast taste good even though we sat there for a long time before a lady decided to greet us another lady just kept walkinh pass but never said anything. The outside was a great view. Front desk lady was nice.
  : The check-in process was the only downside. We was told all the rooms was sold out even though we booked in advance. Then was told they saw my reservation. Gave me the key I went to my room open the door and it was being fully occupied. I slowly walked right back out and went back to front desk. I was told sometimes you all get squatters which made me nervous but I was given another room key and the room was fine but I was paranoid after that honestly.

  : Big room , good location near airport and free transportation
  : The staff is not very friendly in fact, it’s horrible. We’re paying to stay at the hotel, we’re not there for free, you should review your manners to your clients, at least do your job correctly. Also the bar closes at 1 or 2 pm and there’s nothing around where we can eat something.

  : Room was nice and staff were mostly great!
  : I called and left a message for Tomika - regarding a breakfast I paid for because a member of our group hadn't paid. The server came back to me and told me that she would be crediting me back the money and that I should consider that done. It was NOT done. I called and left Tomika a message and never got a call back.

  : Location to airport is great. Very convenient. Have stayed here a couple of years ago as well when it was just new, since then it has become a bit rundown.

  : I liked the room, the messages written everywhere, reminding me to chill and take care of myself… I liked the food at the restaurant downstairs and the navette to the airport.The receptionist let me use the pool after check out (my luggage was kept in a deposit for me.
  : Could not find the navette at the airport (no clear directions) so I took a taxi. I also found the (overwhelmed) receptionist coldish and providing sterile service. She even wrote the number of my room badly and I went to the wrong floor pushing my heavy luggage’s in a long corridor!I also didn’t like that the restaurant closed at some hours (3 to 6 pm?). The swimming pool was clean but it took me 20 minutes to get in (the gate functioning was not explained to me). Costumers were smoking by the pool which makes it unpleasant to the swimmers! The number of sun beds and umbrella were very limited and some costumers were sitting on normal chairs and in the sun.

  : Nice clean hotel, comfortable room, quiet even though close to airport. Great workout room
  : Breakfast! I booked room including breakfast but you could only get an American breakfast, eggs, sausage, home fried potatoes! Anything other than that you had to pay for! I am vegetarian so had to pay for yogurt/ fruit!Coffee was terrible, couldn’t drink it
