  : Price. for what it is; views were of an alley on one side and a tar rooftop on the other, it would be better in the $300 a night range, not $480.

  : Dream Destination's location was fantastic, one block from the beach, with its wide white sands and turquoise ocean, and easy walking distance to the art deco district of South Beach and multiple restaurants--though wonderfully quiet. Comfortable, spacious, light-filled, with a very well-equipped kitchen inviting to any travelling cook. Great jacuzzi deck, perfect for evening soaks. It felt like home, but given the beach--better!
  : very minor issues: I took the guest bedroom so my daughter and her partner could have the main one, and it could have used some shelves and an updated fan to replace the noisy one in the bathroom. A little more concerning: I had a problem the day before we left home, needed to reach a live person to resolve it, and couldn't for several anxious hours-- I think this is not typical, and the problem was quickly resolved once I was able to reach someone. The condo is also a little pricey (most I've ever paid) --but not outrageous for South Beach around spring break.

  : The property is in a great location south of Fifth on South Beach. Its great for families with Big Pink restaurant down the street and the park and beach just a block or two away. Plenty of room for the family. And even beach chairs to use in your room. Lisa the property manager is exceptional! The property contacted us before we travelled with what to do and Lisa met us upon arrival. She was available for any of our questions and supported and helped us throughout our trip, like when I locked our keys in our room. Shes the best! There is a pool on site that the kids love too.
  : The furniture is becoming a little dated. But overall its clean and comfortable. And you cant go wrong with this one. The hot tub also didnt work while we were there.
