  : Lovely location, close to highway yet still sort of in the midst of nature, funny layout of hotel with a more modern part and a traditional part. I stayed in the traditional part: large, very well layed out rooms, ckean, nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly.
  : All communication send in advance is exclusively in French, all menus and other info only in French. The place could benefit from a slightly more international approach

  : Very rude. I called for room service and asked for pizza and some woman yelled at me “no English no Pizza” and hung up! Not enough towels - and 1 and half a roll of toilet paper - and we needed to use the fold out couch and took them hours to bring blankets and pillows - they said they didn’t have anymore. We were charged a “deposit” for the parking garage but didn’t even use it as the rental van wouldn’t fit but they charged us anyway and we’ve yet to see the credit back. Then our rental van was drilled into on our last night and no one ever got back to us with help for the rental company as we were turning the van back in the next day. They said they’d get us video footage of it since a surveillance camera was pointed right in the direction of our parking spot but they never even responded and when we called each time to follow up they said they couldn’t do anything because their manager wasn’t right there. I don’t think the surveillance cameras even worked - don’t trust your vehicle there.
