The reception is open from 07:00am until 21:00 on weekdays and from 08:00am until 11:00am and from 16:00 until 20:00 on weekends. Please call the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain the access code.

Please note that a daily housekeeping service is available at an additional cost. Rooms are cleaned once a week.

Cables for wired internet are available at reception.

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.

Please note that breakfast comes into a box and offers bread, a pastry, a hot beverage and an orange juice.
