  : Upon receipt of keys and trying to enter room...door is vert hard to open - had to push open with force with shoulder...room 103 n assisted two Seniors in 105 with their door. Upon entry - appearance of floors were dirty...bathroom toilet had poop on top of seat towards the back where back of buttocks sit... bathtub has a mold or dark approximately 8 x 10 spot on bottom of tub...rust in different areas of bathtub, walls and clothing rack - extreme rust. Pillows are not full size pillows. No ice bucket in room. I took a Walmart bag to obtain ice for my sodas...Ice machine did not work...none the weekend.Room smelled closed in or a little moldy. Furniture and lighting is old and scratched. Policy on must live over 60 miles out is crazy...not my case...but if I live 45 miles away n I come to metter to attend event...it gets late n I'm unable to drive...n want to get a room for safety...I guess I will be turned away?The office appears clean and in order but rooms do not match. Office staff appears to treat this place as a 5 star hotel but with policies and rooms...they do not match.
