  : We’ve been going to that property for years now and I’ve never seen it in such bad shape. The whole place needs to be upgraded. It makes you feel like it’s not clean.
  : The property needs the rooms to be updated. You shouldn’t see ceilings falling with cracks or doors turning yellow because they haven’t been painted in 20 years. It makes you think if you don’t take care of your facility how well are you cleaning the bedsheets and so on and so forth, I recommend you guys do an overhaul. You have a great location there for Lake Powell and hiking.

  : It's in a great location, the bed is comfortable and it's clean.
  : When I was checking in, there was a new person working the desk. He had a question, and had to ask the person training him about it, and when she came over to help, she made it very clear that she was exasperated by the question and was frustrated. The young man was super kind to me and I appreciated his help, but the attitude of the other employee was very unprofessional. I understand being frustrated with repeating instructions to someone, however that attitude was not something that should have been on display with the customer there. It just made me sad. The AC unit was set at 75 but the room was very stuffy. I went to turn down the temperature, and the AC would not turn on. I had to push the button to turn the fan on all the time, and it had to stay on all night to keep some airflow going, but I ended up being cold because it was blowing all the time. When I checked in, I put the Do Not Disturb sign on and left it on as I didn't want to be disturbed and I do this right away at every hotel. The next morning, I was laying in the bed and reading before I had to check out. I heard the knock for housekeeping, and assumed it was for one of the other occupied rooms without the sign up, but then the door opened and housekeeping came in. I looked at the knob and said "I have the sign up" and the lady looked down to see it, then quickly apologized and left the room. She did apologize again when I left the room later to check out, and I know it was a mistake, but it wasn't expected.
