  : Rocks thrown at my vehicle by another person staying there. Now my paint is chipped and small chips in windshield. Police waking us up at 2 a.m. to report this to us.Pool closed in the morning for cleaning so granddaughter did not get to swim before check out.

  : For the most part, the staff, they were friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast was very nice.
  : I had only a couple of issues. We placed our dirty towels and trash outside the door of our room where a housekeeper working in the vicinity, gave my husband the okay to sit the items there, yet when we returned to the room, slipped under the door was a disapproving letter, explaining such acts can cause bugs, etc. The second incident included my dog, who was barking and upsetting other guests. Respectfully, I was not bothered or offended by the owners/management's concerns however I didn't appreciate his phone call charging me with an unreported pet and unpaid pet fee. He later sent the following;"I do see the fees, apologies.But the dog is barking very loud nonstop and we may not be able to keep the dog as a guest if we cannot stop the noise as guests are complaining already."BUT AFTER AN APOLOGY NEGATES THE APOLOGY! I think he can learn a little etiquette from his employees. Both issues were governed and initiated by him.

  : The bed was comfortable!
  : We arrived at midnight and had to stand at the desk trying to get a room until 2 am. Even had to walk around with the staff to try and find a roll away bed because they couldn’t give us a double queen room due to their system being down. Was told to cancel the reservation that I already paid for and see if another hotel had a room. The cancellation fee was going to still be charged. Had driven 6 hours and we were just wanting to sleep. Luckily the front desk guessed a room and it was queen. Mold in shower area. Funny how no discounted rate or anything was offered even though I spent 2 hours waiting, helping etc. Hotel stinks like weed also. I’m really surprised that choice has their name on this one. If I hadn’t already paid for the room we would have slept in the truck.
