: This is a stunning apartment with views over the hills around Merano. The location is perfect, just outside the gates to the old city. The kitchen is really well set-up for cooking with everything you could need.
: Wi-Fi was pretty bad, we could only get connected about 10% of the time.

: Comfortable location at the entrance to the city center. Street in-front of the house was a bit busy, but still acceptable. Apartment was excellent and stylish furnished, very comfortable beds and large bathroom, all very clean.

: Speaking of the apartment, it was great. It was spacious, comfortable and modern.
: However the reason why I cant recommend is horrible communication. The first problem was at the beginning when he had to pay the deposit. 300 is not such a big amount, but I was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel employee demanded my credit card, the details of which he copied into his notebook. However, we were assured that the money would be returned immediately. Sadly, after checkout, the owner went silent and I am waiting for those money for more than 3 weeks. I wrote to the hotel several times asking for this amount to be unblocked, but all my appeals to the hotel went unanswered. The Booking support service was also unable to help me in resolving this issue. As a result, I had to order a new credit card for myself, as I did not have confidence in this hotel. This is not the first time I come to this beautiful city, but I will never stay at this hotel again, as its employees do not know how to work with clients. To sum up, if you dont want to get ripped off, and also did not spoil your mood during the rest, iI would not recommend this hotel.

: Fantastic renovated building. Beautiful stylish apartments. We are a family with 2 children. We had the three bedroom apartment with air-conditioning. Each kid had its own luxury bedroom with TV. Kitchen was fully equipped, Coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are already there. Spar supermarket and bakery close by. Car park accessible via a car-lift: cool!. Building is very close to the centre of town. All restaurants, shops are reachable on foot. Merano/Meran is a very nice town, we really liked our stay.
: No big issues, we loved our stay. We reserved the penthouse apartment, but due a problem with the air-conditioning it was not available. Problem was solved without an issue. They offered an alternative apartment in the same building and that one was fantastic as well, so no big problem. The manager showed us the penthouse and indeed that apartment is bigger and even more luxurious. The parking lift is cool, but also a bit of a hassle.
