  : The Personnel, the location, the room, basically everything was really good. The breakfast was well organised and there was a good choice of different things for different people. The location was only 15 minutes by foot from the centre of Meran. Very peaceful location
  : Complaints only at a very high level. Breakfast only from 0800-0930 and if you come at 0800, you will be queuing if you come after 0830 there are hardly any rolls left and the choice of bread down to a minimum. Also the warm choice is pitiful, only scrambled egg and as soon as this runs out, usually by about 0830 it is not refilled. Finally, it would have been nice to have proper fruit juice rather than Nectar.

  : Amazingly friendly, thoughtful staff, especially with regards to my wife's gluten-free requirements - there were various alternatives for her on the breakfast table and she could choose how much or little she wanted to eat. Guest service at its finest! Spacious, modern rooms, clean, big bathroom, lovely balcony, very quiet location in a residential area, lovely outside pool area.
  : These are minor issues: Sound isolation between the rooms was not great. The beds were subjectively quite hard. For a short stay the location is good (very quiet) but because it is a bit of a distance away from the center of town, it is quite a march to and from downtown Merano (20 minutes) if you want to see the sights or eat out once a day. Taking the car is not effortless due to the narrow roads and parking issues in town, so a bicycle is probably the best option if you plan on spending a week or more ...
