  : The hotel is quite close to the main train station (on foot 15 min max.). Breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant area was spacious and clean. The room had a nice terrace and view on the street.
  : I was a bit surprised to see there is no air conditioning in my room. Considering it can get hot in Merano (on that day it was around 33 deg-C), sleeping was a challenge.

  : We booked the hotel for one night in order to visit Meran. We enjoyed our stay thanks to: - A great, large and clean room with nice balcony; the bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is located in a super quiet neighborhood, which makes sitting outside really peaceful. - Besides the calm street, the hotel is also located perfectly for visiting Meran. Although we traveled by car, it's only a 12-minute walk to the city center and all the restaurants.
  : Although our stay was good, the breakfast was a bit simple for the relative high price we paid. Furthermore, the parking was full, but fortunately we could park in front of the garage-exit. Altogether, value for money has room for some improvement.

  : We booked this hotel last minute at 20:00 and they did not accommodate us due to being booking.com clients arriving after 18:00. The person who met us was very unfriendly and sent us away.

  : Good breakfast. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning would have been good as it was exceptionally hot but not a major problem for just one night. Quiet position about 10 - 15 mins. from centre.

  : Comfortable hotel in a leafy street off the town centre. Spacious underground car park space kindly provided
  : Burdensome paperwork at check-in. Multiple signatures and form filling. (Not much of a welcome after a long day travelling.) Also insisted on retaining passports which is not really acceptable.

Disappointing

  : The hotels location and size of the rooms are fine. However, there is no refrigerator and air conditioning in the rooms which was quite disappointing for such kind of an expensive hotel. Despite our two-night stay, the sheets remained unchanged, though the room appeared to be tidied. Regrettably, the staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and friendliness.
