: The room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. The room had a coffee make with a selection of tea and coffee. The bed was super comfortable to sleep on.
: After doing the self check-in online we never received an email with entrance instructions. But once I messaged them it was quickly sent and it was super easy to get in.

: Beautiful wide room, very clean and comfy in a perfect position for visiting the lovely Merano! Parking available in the nearby and good quality-price ratio, fully satisfied with the experience.
: The view was not a blast, but everything else simply perfect for our needs.

: Great location in the city center, all you need is just a few minutes walk away.Clean and safe space.
: Unfortunately the side of the windows is looking inside the building where people walk up and down the stairs, so curtains need to be closed

: We liked the staff being accommodating with offering us to use a storage cupboard inside the property when we arrived with big backpacks well before our check-in time. The place is designed well and is very stylish. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were stylish and featured everything you could wish for. The room is light and had 4 large double-glazed windows.
: We arrived with the main floor lamp broken. It was fixable, but it didn't make a good first impression. The room had a/c, but this didn't seem to work very well. The coffee machine also didn't work, and we couldn't work out why. Maybe non-compatible pods were the reason. The location was relatively noisy. We were woken at 3am by what sounded like nightclub music. Fortunately, closing the windows made a difference, and we were able to fall back to sleep. The beds were big, but the mattress was very soft and not very comfortable.
