  : TV did not work. AC did not work. Light fixtures did not work. Ice machine had no scooper. Hot water was warm at best and the shower nobs came off.

  : Upon checking in the man needed my booking #. While I was getting that on my phone the man stood in front of me across from the counter and past gas. Very unprofessional. The TV wouldn't work. When we asked for help no one was available. No TV the whole time. We left the room came back and key card wouldn't work. We had to wait 45min. For maintenance to fix the door knob.

  : The location was the main reason we chose the hotel. The bed was firm, which was a plus. Even though it was on a main road, it was quite. There was quite a few places to eat close by. We ask for a smoking room which they gave us.
  : The coffee pot in the room was stained, the room was dusty. The carpet was dirty, stuck to your feet when walking, I think the carpet had been there since they built the motel, it needed a good cleaning are replaced. Bed sheets was worn and had burn holes and rips in them and the pillows must have been there since they opened. They don't have separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers. we ask for a smokers room and was given an ash tray to use but the room had no smoking on it. From what I saw, they all had no smoking on the doors, that isn't right for people who don't smoke!! If you stay there and don't smoke, you may want to bring some Lysol with you.

  : Nothing the man at front desk was Relly rude and he farted right in front me and never flinched said excuse me or nothing the told me my card didn't go through! Wanted me to pay cash and when we got to the room it was nasty the bed sheets was torn and soap still in bath tub from people before us . I will not stay there again and would tell anybody that is going to Mena not to stay there.

  : The price was the only thing I liked and I really didn't even like that it was $45 a night they should have been paying me $45 a night to stay in that dump
  : They literally gave us one towel the room wasn't even cleaned and it had bed bugs both live and dead bed bugs
