  : What I liked about the property was the privacy, location, and the view. I loved the setup of the entire apartment. It was really cute. Everything was updated. It was very spacious.
  : What I didn’t like about the property was that it wasn’t clean. The bed sheets had the previous guests pubic hair on them. I had to go twenty minutes away and purchase sheets and a comforter from Walmart. I also had to purchase cleaning supplies because the tub had hair in it as well. The counter in the kitchen had a large puddle of liquid of some sort on it. I had to clean the entire apartment because it was somewhat infested with gnats. They literally attack you as soon as you open the door. After I wiped everything down with bleach and water and cleaned the place they dissipated. Not fully but not as bad as they were. The apartment is too nice to get bad reviews.

  : There was feces on the comforter that was covered with a sheet. Someone peed at the head of the mattress so the bed smelled like strong pee. The company stated the cleaning company said there was no issues when I have pictures.

  : The location was great. It was fun to see the lights on the bridge.
  : The shower was a disaster the water was either burning your skin hot or ice cold, there was no in between. It was so bad we left a night early bc we didn’t want to have to shower there. There were people working on the elevators so you had to wait at the very least 15 min for the elevator.

  : The instructions regarding finding the correct entry doors and parking were detailed and very helpful. Place was comfy, good location, nice views, seemed safe and secure.
  : The email that was supposed to contain the code to the door was blank. Had to call and email multiple times to retrieve the code, which was inconvenient as it was late and we had been travelling all day - but we did get a response fairly quickly. This was the fault of the booking agency, not the host specifically.

  : Location was great. View was gorgeous. Right downtown Memphis! Close to trolley, and walking distance to many destinations including Peabody hotel, Beale street etc.
  : The apartment wasn’t very clean. Floors were dirty and couch as well. Kitchen was cute, but bathroom was a mess. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, it had black mold on the ceiling and needed major updating. Also the sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock. Wifi didn’t work as well. We notified the management company but didn’t do anything about it.

  : The location was great literally walking distance from all the cool spots. Also the parking was convenient parking deck was right across the street.
  : Not enough face towels and towels especially for 4 days 3 nights. In the bathroom a leak was in the ceiling by the bathtub. Also there were numerous of flies in the apartment. Also nowhere to empty trash instructions said by the elevator, but the trash binge was locked. No TV in the bedroom which was inconvenient.

  : Shower water controls lousey. Could use more interesting interior paimt and some pix on walls. Vanity needs redo. Kitchen and living room and bedroom in great shape. Good place generally.
