  : Great design and scenery,The bed is really comfy, The kitchen is well equipped, the dishwasher smells niceCheck in is super cool, at anytime, very fast Possibility to wash your clothes and dry them - at a cost, but super easy to use Beach is close, supermarkets are close, overall, great experience AC works great
  : Clogged drain in the shower, some mold in the clothes dryer because someone let the door closed There is no housekeeping so after a few days it gets dirty and you might want to sweep the floors Anyways, these are minor inconveniences, the experience was overall great

  : Loved the jacuzzi and having the kitchenette and large outdoor space. WiFi connected TV was very welcome for the evenings
  : New jacuzzi cover and lounger covers would be good. The check in machine was a bit complicated.

  : Great location, comfortable apartment, just as described. Very responsive, I asked about beach towels and 2 minutes later they were dropped off. Safe area, we walked around a lot, close to a few restaurants. Good value for the money.

  : Proximity to the Beach. Very modern. Dishwasher and oven a plus. Raquel was on hand for any queries and extremely helpful with very good English.
  : Thought I was booking Apartment with a rooftop Terrace. Turned out only 2 of them and 6 Apartments with just balcony. It was fine. Got over my Rooftop Terrace with Jacuzzi very quick .

  : The property was easily accessible, a lovely apartment, so close to a beach with lifeguard, cafe and restaurants. I really liked that the bedroom could be closed off from the rest of the apartment. Cooking and cleaning facilities were very good and the bathroom was very good.
  : Initial and very upsetting beginning! Before we arrived I received a number of notification informing me of the dates I had booked which were incorrect- requiring me to respond twice with my confirmation dates- making me nervous before I arrived. Raquel then tried to sell me the first two nights in the apartment with the jacuzzi. I declined. When we arrived at the airport Raquel said that she had to put us in the jacuzzi apartment for the first night as there was a fault in the apartment we had booked!! Was this the issue from the start but an attempt was made to get more money from us?We accessed the jacuzzi apartment and went for a walk and swim. We could not get back into the apartment as the battery in the lock had run down!!! We could not contact Raquel as our phones were inside the apartment. We were lucky that we got help and use of the phone of a lovely, friendly and helpful French lady from the second floor. Eventually Raquel came with the physical key - though she suggested later by text that we should have been grateful that she came!In the conversation we understood that she invited us to stay in the jacuzzi apartment for another night but the following day contacted us about how much more we would have to pay. We asked to have access to the apartment that we had booked so that we could relax and begin our holiday. This was a very upsetting start! Also, Im the Jacuzzi apartment the door cannot be locked from the inside and one of the sliding doors to the balcony cannot be locked either. We didnt feel safe. On the last day Raquel did allow us to stay until 15.00 and apologised for the inconvenience however how much of the inconvenience was caused by poor attempt to have us pay more for our holiday than we had planned!

  : We were travelling with our 1year old and they put a baby bed and a baby chair in the room, very convenient! In the basement we could get a parasol and some toys for our baby on the beach. The room was cleaned every three days. Downstairs there are a few restaurants, which also do take-away. We would recommand renting a car for example for the waterfall hike or going to the mountains or the sand dunes! The self checkin worked pretty well.
  : There was an alarm going off at the reception and the phone numbers provided were not answered. After a few days it was fixed . Also, we asked some questions about the baby bed and arrival time in advance and did not get a response.

  : They came to clean once in 6 days, because of the sand would prefer bit more often. :)
