  : It shouldn't be advertised as a B&B because there isn't any breakfast or kitchen. No ice machines, no refrigerator, and no way to prepare a meal. The old school hospital beds are very small and extremely uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and both nights woke up sweating. The manager would turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. You would be better off finding a hotel for the same price with amenities and a pool. Do not recommend, will not return.

  : The animals. The female staff members were extremely friendly & professional.
  : Before arrival, received an email asking when I was arriving but listed the wrong date. The ranch is a loose term for the converted home. Upon arrival theres a sign that says to call two listed phone numbers; I called the first one, no answer, but left a message. Called the second one and while on hold, the gentleman from the first number called back. It was a very aggressive and demoralizing conversation; he seemed stressed, unprofessional, and confused. I explained the conversation to the female, who was quite helpful. Later the gentleman found me at the ranch and was much nicer, but first impressions do not change. I would not recommend this facility. I would not rebook the ranch.

  : The farm animals were cute.
  : The property owners are actually renting out to the locals in the area through booking.com. This is the reason that they have not had a negative review published. They tried to scare me by giving me harassing phone calls to cancel. Do not book here this is a brothel, not safe and not a sanitary place. The bed has traces of bedbugs and a very old dirty mattress. The other residents at the property have turned this space into their homes and it is not pleasant as they do not clean up after themselves.The wifi connection is very poor.

  : This is a quaint, family run ranch house. The OYO Family Ranch is exactly what the name implies. This is not a hotel. This is like staying over with family in the country. The accommodations are private rooms in a home atmosphere. There are livestock animals on the property and if youve ever lived on a farm it will immediately take you back. You hear the cows mooing and the occasional sheep calling. It is relaxing and peaceful. It is a home, not some faceless generic hotel room. The family who run it are incredibly kind and warm. My daughter was with me and she absolutely loved it there. It is quiet and fairly secluded on the back side of a residential area. You are only a couple of minutes from the main part of town with quick access to anything and everything you may want or need.
