  : Location is excellent. You have an amazing beach a minute walk from it. We saw turtles coming out of the ocean and little hatchlings. It was amazing experience
  : The apartment was disgustingly dirty. I have travelled a lot in my life: USA, Australia, Europe. This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. And I did stay in not most expensive hotels so I can compare. Sand was not just everywhere. We had a feeling we were on the beach that much sand it was on the floor. There was a mop in the kitchen which awfully dirty. We have a 3 yo who loves to play on the floor. He ran to me after 5 minutes playing complaining on the dirtiness of his hands. He had several long hair and lots of sand on him and he was just sitting in one spot! I have spent an hour cleaning just the floor and main surfaces, 2 packs of wet disinfectant wipes. Was lucky I took one with me in the trip and had one in the car. The floor was very dirty: lots of different long hair, sand, dead bugs, stains of blood, food. I won’t write about all what was under beds as it was gross. There was a big piece of dried paper towel on the floor on the side of a bed. After one hour we discovered huge puddles under the aircon vents as they were terribly leaking, so I had to wipe the floors again now with paper towels. As we arrived late at night I did cleaning myself but I doubt even if cleaners were sent next day they would have cleaned it well. It felt like this apartment was not cleaned for months.There was a strong smell of mould in the apartment we couldn’t get rid. Communication with the management was nice but not very helpful unfortunately. To top it all, all of us were beaten by some bugs on the beach and it was badly itchy for couple weeks after the holidays. It was the worst holidays I have ever had.

  : The location right on the beach was phenomenal! We got to see sea turtles laying eggs, and hatchlings make their way out to the ocean. We also got to watch a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral right from our beach. The kitchen was huge and the dining/living room area provided a perfect gathering place for everyone in our group.
  : Some of the things that are provided for general guest use (umbrellas, boogie boards, grill) were in poor condition and need to be upgraded. Also (and this is no fault of the provider), keep in mind that this location is *literally* on the beach, so it's almost impossible to keep sand out of the rooms, no matter how well you clean your feet, so be prepared to walk on sandy floors.
