  : The view from the pool
  : The room although was freshly cleaned it was very old,soiled dirt. There was mould in the shower and bathroom, mould on curtains in bedroom, the whole room felt damp and the bed head was covered in stains. The bed was very uncomfortable Breakfast although lots of choice was stone cold as the lids were all left open. It is not a 4* hotel and we were so pleased we were only there for a few hours but feel It is very overpriced .

  : EVERYTHING. The room was falling apart. This was the worst start to a holiday. Couldn't pay me to return. I debated moving to an alternate hotel it was that bad. It is not worth the money - do not book here. The room was falling apart: the mirror was worn through, the shower drain didn't work, bathroom door was rotting, sofa was stained, furniture is poorly painted in black paint, the cupboard door was falling off, the wardrobe door couldn't open as the bedside table was in the way, the heater thermostat was falling off.

  : First of all the STAFF. Smiling, friendy, and trying to help. Special congrats for Sylvie at the reception. Then the location perfect to visit the island. The swiming pool is fantastic Breakfast is very good in terms of choises

  : The restaurant was nice, and the staff were friendly. Really nice pool and always clean, and plenty of food to eat during breakfast. Food was good and plenty of choice.
  : Unfortunately, the property didnt feel like a 4-star hotel. The rooms didnt have much soundproofing. The double beds are single beds joined together, which is never the same thing. The staff were friendly, but not always very efficient. The housekeeping service would take forever (it started at around 11, and sometimes it was still being done at 15 - probably understaffed) and was inconsistent. Sometimes, they would resupply the room (coffee, milk, toilet paper), sometimes they wouldnt, and we would have to ask for them at the reception. My wife got sick during our stay (nothing related to the food), and we asked if they could give us paracetamol until we could figure something out. They said that they would have to speak to the manager and didnt get back to us at all. They also told us where a pharmacy was - without mentioning that it was probably closed given that it was Sunday, leading me to go on a 2-hour trip to find an open pharmacy. Its hard to navigate a system when you are foreign to the country, and they could have been more helpful. They also had to ask to access our room while my wife was sick in bed because their staff had dropped something onto our balcony. We also asked for food delivered to the room, and the staff kept making mistakes regarding receipts, coming three times to the room to make corrections on the same food order, which was a bit frustrating. Another time, they forgot our order altogether. Overall, it didnt feel like a 4-star hotel room. They may be understaffed, leading to the constant mistakes described - it doesnt make it any less frustrating.
