  : - clean/organised room- paperwork in room containing information about the hotel/wifi details and cost of mini bar items- daily room service if needed - breakfast to room and 3 options to select from- iron/ironing board and blow dryer provided - tv in room - good sized pool- help arranging airport transfer which cost 25 one way (we then ended up renting a car which wasnt the original plan)- good location. 10 minute walking distance from some stores and places to eat- 5 min drive to Thira/Fira. - 25 min drive to Oia. Definitely recommend eating at Melitini - tapas style dishes and lovely staff. Also, Nikos Giros is a must for quick fast food! - George at reception was very helpful. He provided my partner with a map of Santorini and pointed out places to visit/things to do. He helped us rent out a car as best mode of transportation. He was always happy to help and provided us with a 100ml bottle of olive oil as a gift at check out.
  : - I am very particular on the cleanliness of the room and even though the room was generally clean the top part of the headboard was covered in dust so I covered it using an extra bed cover. There were smudge/black marks on the ceiling where insects/flys had been killed. - we had room 101 and we did not feel comfortable whilst using the pool as members of staff kept walking past (the lady was doing room service and a guy who seemed to be dealing with maintenance) and rooms above can see down onto the pool area. - reception has set hours. We arrived late and an envelope had been left at reception including information about our room and reception. The information was detailed but it was a slight struggle at first because we were unfamiliar with the property - it would have been helpful if someone was there to greet us and show us to our room.

  : Gorgeous hotel, nice room and balconies. Has a private spa pool and you can see the sea! Two bathrooms in the suite too!
  : One of the toilets had a stench from the drain so we had to have the door closed the whole time or it would stink out the whole suite good thing there was another toilet. Spa pool was quite cold and got bird poo and debris floating in it everyday. Recommend they clean the pools daily. Quite far from everything, only like 2 restaurants that are 20 minute walk away.

  : The only thing that was lovely were the staff, they were friendly and very helpful hence the rating if it wasn't for them i would have given the place a lower rating. We had to leave a few days early due to family issues and asked for a partial refund for the nights we couldn't stay, we didn't expect all of the money back but we were hoping for at least something however the property declined the request which was very disappointing. Thought they could have shown a bit more compassion given our circumstances but do understand how non cancellation policies work. I wouldn't recommend personally but others may find their experience different.
  : We weren't happy with our stay at all. The room was small, beds were uncomfortable, WIFI only worked in the main room but even then the quality wasn't great when it worked, shower leaked everywhere and breakfast was bland and not very nice at all. We found the place dusty too if I am honest. Improvements to Wifi, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast could be improved. Location is terrible. Dodgy area and there is a animal kennel not far down from the hotel, you can hear dogs barking all the time from the room.

  : Both the room and the pool were larger than we expected. The room was quite clean, though the bathroom smelled due to bad sewage system on the island. Breakfast was pre-ordered (we filled out a form the day before) and served to our room, which is very nice. Theres much privacy as the pool is sort of secluded. George from the reception was super helpful and friendly. Hes informative and professional. Without him the stay would have been very different. :)

  : Jacuzzi could be cleaner. Breakfast is nothing crazy. No water/soaps refill.

  : Property was average. Location was not great. Hot tub could do with an update. Housekeeping let the faculties down, there were several long black straggly strands of hairs in the bed which was very traumatising, I think I stopped counting at 6 or 7. I couldnt sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living space.
