: Awsome balcony. Perfect location. Friendliness. Parking spot.Clean.
: Place is old, and ready for an upgrade. But, you easily get over it since it has an awesome location and even better terace with perfect view.Wi-Fi coverage should be better.

: The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with everything. I loved the location as it was very close to the beach and main interest points. The room was more spacious than I expected and the AC worked great. I loved that we had the chance to stay at the property on the sun beds if we didn't want to go to the beach to tan. The fact that we had the parking spot reserved was also a big plus as we had fast access to our car all the time.
: The room didn't seem very clean when we got there (spiders & spider webs on the walls, the kitchen supplies were messy etc). The windows didn't have a window screen for bugs so every time we left the window open, our room would fill with mosquitos. We also had problems with the front door as it was pretty hard to lock sometimes. The furniture seemed pretty old. Another annoying thing was that the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the room above us and at night it would be very unpleasant especially if there are kids running & jumping upstairs (if this is something that bothers you). Also, if you need to work from home (like I did), watch out because the internet isn't the greatest and it can crash sometimes (if this is your case, I recommend getting a backup plan if you need to work from there).

: Great location with free parking. Our balcony is facing directly Pjeana Uvala Beach and it took just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Very convenient and great view from the balcony. It is also close to a good restaurant.
