: In general, the villa itself is large, but the renovation is not quite modern(There are no air conditioners in every room, it's bad. There are no mosquito nets either.

: The apartment, not Villa as advertised was clean and the lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. She didn't speak a lot of English or German but was able to communicate via Google translate. The pool, which is not private as advertised, was great for my toddler
: I booked a 'whole villa, with private pool and AC' and got an apartment, with a shared pool and AC only in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms don't have AC, the water heater in the apartment was loud when someone used hot water in the bathroom, the kitchen did not even have salt or oil, there was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed. The host also did not accept card payment.

: swimming pool and the location. The apartment has two nice balcony with sea view. Landlord was also helpful when we had problem with hot water.
: Bedrooms doesn't have mosquito net installed. Only the living room and the kitchen.
