  : I didn’t like anything about the property. There were drug addicts and homeless all over that place.
  : I didn’t like the fact that no one was in the office when we went to check into the room. We called the lobby and no answer. We knocked on the door and no one answered. It was a complete s*** show. Do not stay here. It’s cheap for a reason.

  : I had to drive 4 more hours to the next big town because no one was available in the office to get my room.

  : This facility has major problems. They checked me in, made me wait for two hours then told me that didn’t have a room. The manger was very evasive and never told me there was a problem. I asked for a cancellation but she said it had to be processed. While I was there three other people came in with reservations and also left. I still haven’t gotten my money returned.
  : Poor follow up at both the site and call center. They promised me three times they would refund my money and it’s been a week and it hasn’t happened yet. While I was waiting two guests came in asking for wash cloths, one asked god cleaning supplies and a man who just got a block of rooms said some of them Were not clean. There were notices posted in the lobby that the rooms would be searched for drugs daily. This site is a mess.

  : Room was big, staff was nice just in over there head.
  : No t.v., no toiletries, No towels, nobody in office to check me in for 35 mins, waited 1 hr not even offered water for the room to be cleaned, neighbors playing music like it was a block party then a fight broke out at 4:00 am in the morning. Overall hot ghettto mess.

  : No housekeeping no maintenance hardly anyone in the office. Management was rude.
