  : The room was very clean and was a good value for the price.
  : My room was assigned to another couple at 10pm while I was in the room. Their key card unlocked my door and if I hadn't been in there with the deadbolt locked, they would've gotten in. An employee tried to open the door with their key card, ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door or the fact my room was already given to me. After he couldn't get in he realized I was in the room and gave them another room. I called down to the front desk after it happened and he brushed it off as a minor inconvenience. The next morning I called down again and asked why it happened and if I need to worry about it happening again. The staff again was unbothered by it. But the fact remains if I wasn't in the room, the couple would've gotten in to the room and my belongings could've been stolen. Or if the door wasn't deadbolted, they could've come into the room while I was sleeping. I've never felt so unsafe at a hotel. I don't think I'd ever return to this hotel.

  : Location and the amenities were great. The staff we meet in the morning were very welcoming and helpful. The rest of our stay with our large group was great.
  : We called in the morning to advise we would be a late late check in. The staff we spoke with was wonderful and took care of getting us checked in early so we only had to pick up our key from the front desk. When we arrived the staff working the desk was asleep (snoring) on the lobby sofa. I waited and when the rest of my group came in a little louder than me we woke him up and he had a poor attitude and wouldn't even speak to us. We had to explain to him we were already checked in and just needed to get the key and when asked where the restrooms were located he just pointed... couldn't be bothered from his nap I guess. This will not stop us from booking here again just proved to be poor customer service at the start

  : I called the front desk before check out to figure out how to sign out on my YouTube account. Front desk didn't know. Message on TV/internet said I would be signed out automatically when I checked out. It was a confusing message since it really wasn't necessary for me to sign out of YouTube, but the front desk not knowing how to do so was a bit unprofessional.

  : Breakfast was not very good. Eggs rubbery. No waffles. Oatmeal and bagels were good. The only negative about the stay was breakfast.
