  : The property was lovely and located in wooded area with lots of privacy.
  : The six page rental agreement was way over board, including a phrase to not fry fish in the home, guest agrees to not bring glue, glitter, arts and crafts projects or projectile throwing guns into home. Guests: we may check every single item in the home for damage or if missing, all rooms may be photographed and inventoried.I can respect the need to protect your investment, but if you are going to rent home, you must expect some wear and tear to home.Suggest you ask to see entire rental agreement prior to committing, the document I received when making down payment was not as detailed as one sent a week before our arrival.
