  : The villa was the perfect size for a friend group of 5. The pictures of the villa were quite accurate to how it looked in real life. It was close to the beach (only 3 minutes) and it was really nice with the jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The beach was also not crowded and it was possible to rent sunbeds. The villa was nice and clean, and we were provided with enough towels. However, I would recommend brining your own towels for the beach. The aircondition was also very nice. The train station was only a 7-minute walk from the villa (it said 30 minutes on google maps so we were pleasantly surprised) so it was easy to get to Cefal and Palermo. The train to Cefal was only 13 minutes long and there is a lot more restaurants etc. there. The host was also quick to reply to our questions and fix any of our problems. For example, the first night the gas for the stove got emptied and the host came with more gas early the next morning. Check in and check out was very fast and simple. We arrived a bit earlier than expected which were not a problem as the host came quite quickly to give us the key. The guy who met us with the keys only spoke Italian, but we managed to communicate and the host speaks English. Make sure to have 10 euros per person staying there in cash when you arrive as you have to pay it as a tourist tax at arrival. Check out was also very simple.
  : The villa in its self was really nice. However, it lacked some of the facilities that is presented online. For example, the kitchen is quite poorly equipped so if you are planning to make a lot of food there you might have to opt for some simple dishes. There was only a few glasses and dishes. So if you are a larger group (more than 4) I would recommend buying cardboard plates and single use glasses (we ended up doing that). However, there was a dishwasher but you have to buy your own dishwashing liquid for it and your own soap and dish brush for cleaning the dishes. We also only got one toilet paper roll so we had to buy more at the supermarket. Online it also said that there would be a water boiler and a grill which our villa lacked. The information online is also a bit misleading when it comes to the pool and jacuzzi. From the pictures online we thought there would be a jacuzzi and a common pool. The info also states that there is a pool and a jacuzzi. However, when we got there, it was only the jacuzzi. From our stay it looks like each villa either has a small pool or a jacuzzi. It wasnt too much of a problem and we were happy with only the jacuzzi, but it was a bit misleading. The location in itself is quite secluded. The supermarket was a 2025-minute walk away along a busy road (it wasn't to much of a problem for us) and you have to travel a bit if you want more restraunts and nightlife (we should probably have done a bit more research on the area). However, I think if you have a rental car or are comfortable with taking the train it isnt too much of a problem. The location is good if you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday, and have a rental car.

  : Good things: Smart Tv, Air Conditioning units in every room, secured car park. Feeling Safe in the property.
  : Bad things: Dirty floor (sand and dirt in every room). Shower blocked because of someone's hair. Shower hose split (tried to contact owner but zero response). One toilet paper role left for our stay for family with a small child (just common sense factor). I would say not enough towels (compare to our previous stayed places in Sicily). No lighting fixture in one of the bedrooms.Smell in the property was sickening due to wet rags and buckets left in the cabinet with the windows closed. Upstairs roof terrace was dirty. All the tiles were covered with birds poop. Nobody even bothered to clean it before we came and it wasn't happened day when we arrived it was like that for period of time.... Jacuzzi was dirty as well at least on gentleman came to clean it next day but it should be done before we arrived. Pictures in advertisement were made when the property was new, it's sad but the property now bit dated. Artificial grass in the garden layed poorly creating a trip hazard for the kids...It's not everything but it's enough to understand that it wasn't pleasent stay. Wouldn't use this property again. Bit sad because thats the lowest review i ever gave to the property.Good luck.

  : Everything is new and fresh and was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels as well. The pool was treated and cleaned twice throughout the week we were there and the guy who came to clean it was always friendly.
  : We loved everything but the facilities online do not match what we were presented with. For example the ad states electric coffee machine, kettle but there were not. A chopping board and a kitchen knife would be essential for us to go back as well as wooden spoons. The kitchen was not well equipped.
