: This apartment was perfect for our needs. We were having a family reunion and basically only slept there. It might have been more difficult if the four of us spent all our time there and cooked meals. There was a big balcony, which would have been nice in summer. We were there in October. The hosts kindly left us some fresh farm eggs and let us check out later on our day of departure. Well equipped with fondue and raclette machines.
: The bath towels were in terrible condition and there were only 3 for 4 people. (One was torn and looked as if it was used to dry the dog.) Luckily we could borrow one from our family. The bed linen also looked as if it had seen better days -- as if the people had brought their old sheets from their permanent home to their weekend place. Fine if they are *your* sheets, but not great for guests. The whole booking experience was bad. We reserved on booking.com, then got confirmation from a third-party, Poplidays, and all payment was taken a couple of days after booking (which we did know about). But then we discovered that we had to pay for the bedding and for final cleaning at the end. All the information was not available in one place. When we got to the property we discovered that we would also have to pay for the electricity (so it was only a couple of euros, but still potentially a nasty surprise). We had brought 250 cash as a deposit for any damages (as required in the Poplidays info) but the hosts were expecting a cheque, but we don't have cheques! They said it was okay not to pay, as they didn't want to have to come when we were leaving to refund the money. They also asked who we had booked through, because they only list on Gtes de France. It also turned out that we were paying around 150 more than if we'd booked direct through Gtes de France -- because of 2 middlemen! The hosts were also not happy about the situation and we got the impression that it might have happened before, but that they have no say in the matter.

: Very convenient to the event and to the village center. Loved the parking garage!
: It is very plain, no couch to relax on. They only left us 2 very small old towels for showers and no toiletries. Old soaps. No extra toilet paper. It was ok, not special.
