  : It was extremely poor. We checked in after 10 hours of travel and stayed for maybe 20 minutes before realizing that our door was broken and would not lock. We went downstairs and asked the front desk for maintenance to come and they said there was no maintenance available and then we asked for a different room which he then said they were booked. After that we asked for a refund for the room because we did not feel comfortable staying in a room that the door would not lock. (Deadbolt didn't work nor did the card reader). We were denied a refund because we booked using a third party. I called the manager's number on the card 3 times, and she has not gotten back to me.
